Dr. Brabham was great and provided excellent care. I would have left 5 stars based on my experience with him alone. However, when I called to notify the office of my father’s passing and cancel future appointments, the front desk staff was very insensitive. I apologized for calling close to closing time after returning from the funeral home, and was simply told they would “notate it” before the call was ended abruptly by said person. I hope more compassion is shown to families in similar situations in the future.
Dr Brabham and his staff are kind and take their time with each patient.
