You guys knocked it out of the park. My 2018 Outback was given to me by my dad before he died and it means more than value and these guys really put their best into fixing it after an accident and bravo. 5 star +
I was trying to set up an appointment for my girlfriend's vehicle, as it was having engine issues. The vehicle still had warrenty, and the technician here recommended I take it to the dealer for work due to that reason. So why am I posting this as a 5 star review? be very careful w them.. charged me $90 just to look at. didn't ask for full diagnostic. forced to pay it anyway. should hav called police right thr. then they proceed to up sell me the most ridiculous part uve never heard of.. we called 3 shops immediately, none had any idea what the $1100 part Braatens was trying to push did... they all called my estimate from Braatens strange. they basically told me all SUVs need an engine cover to keep from freezing in winter... had ths vehicle 5 yrs.. never once needed a blanket for the... read more
