Took my front end work in, completed not too much over my small town, local estimate. Next day, my front brakes started making "those noises". Called in for appointment, got $420 estimate, "no inspection required, we do both rotors and pads". End of Braaten story: front brakes untouched, sudden "left rear brake disaster", then over $600. Paid. Unhappy guy here. Front brakes still making those noises. No thanks again.
Dropped my car off in the morning to be looked at and within 2 hours they had fixed the issue. Great service and a shop dog!
They have exceptional customer service and always go above and beyond what I expect for a mechanic. I've recommended going to them for a variety of car needs to most of my friends and colleagues. When my car battery died, they got me in even though I didn't have an appointment and they were super busy.

Had an unfortunate day of car problems. After having my car towed to the shop, they were able to get it in right away and took care of the problem in a timely manner. Wonderful car and customer service! Highly recommend! The shop dog is an added plus, putting a smile on my face.
