I had a very disappointing experience at this location on the day it snowed. I arrived around 2:00 PM while the driveway where vehicles are typically serviced was being plowed. I was instructed to wait approximately 30 minutes, so I left briefly to get a car wash and returned after about 45 minutes. Upon returning, I waited in line but noticed that two customers who arrived after me were taken in before I was. When I questioned this, the staff refused to service my vehicle. They use to have good service when the old man was there. But now prices are to high.
Over priced for used tires where you can go to Newark on South Street and other near area get two tires for their one tire price. Also i agree with most reviewers about their attitude when you ask for a service.
