Horrible customer service! Walked in and sat at the counter while all employees were in the back. Finally when one came back to the counter he completely ignored me and I was the only customer in the store. I got his attention and he rudely told me that he was busy. I don’t recommend spending money with a company that has this type of customer service.
My grandfather used to frequent this store and he loved the atmosphere and attention he got from sales associates. BR supply inc has a wide variety of parts for your plumbing needs
