Had a great experience until recently when my car died. Found out that the battery that was replaced was not the right amp and a lawn mower battery actually had the higher amp than my battery. Found the right battery but can’t get a hold of anyone at Bnr or the mechanic. The battery was so low cold start amp that it killed the alternator and the starter on my car all together. Autozone had the wrong cca requirements for my car so probably an autozone mistake but still I have no car now.
Not sure why this company chose to spam on my fb wall... I never trust business who spam.... and believe you should be very careful of doing business with spamming business.
RecommendedRitchie not only has quality vehicles but you will not find a nicer person to deal with. So happy with my car! Thank you for all you do.
Getting approved was awesome especially finding out my finance payments were low made me extremely happy. we got referred by several Friends . was happy about having a decent Warranty. only downfall was after driving my new vehicle all day Saturday she had what I thought was transmission hickups and it was the catalyst converter going bad. sucks and it's not covered by a warranty but overall they are a decent place to go to.
I have bought alot of cars in my day, new and used, but I have to say dealing with Danny and Ritchie from B & R was the best car buying experience I have ever had, other then the terrible weather up there these 2 guys are top shelf. I was looking for a second gen Dodge pickup. Danny sent me tons of pictures and described it to a tee. I fly up there , Ritchie pickup me up from the airport. and took me to his shop. after seeing it we closed the deal and I got the hell out of that raining town and drove back to Florida. not lying to costumes selling a lemon when they should sell good runnin ones. I have put 200 in already but is going to cost another 2000 to fix on top of the 8600 i owe
Salesperson Dan Hunt represents this casual country dealership very well. I appreciated His straight forward and down home attitude. Also owner Ritchie Hawkins took the time to speak with me about the car His wife was driving that I purchased. That Toyota Camry is an awesome car and exactly what I wanted at a fair bargain price.
