Awful customer service. Rude staff member at the click and collect point. Moaned at me because I hadn't waited an hour after ordering to collect my items. Explained to him that I'd had an email and text to say my items were ready for collection so came to the store to collect, he walked off mid conversation before I could show him the text and email. Just unnecessary rudeness.
i am going to be very real when i make this review. i have never once bought an item from here like ever - i’m not really in the position to be needing to buy anything from here. but oh my god i love walking through here and talking to my friends - something about looking through all the paint swatches whilst talking about what your friend’s ex boyfriend did does something to your brain. anyways take someone here on a date! they’ll either love it or hate it! i know that i’d love it!
