I went in today to check on a fob replacement. The receptionist immediately took a look at me and without even trying to be polite, she spoke to me as if I had all the answers. I informed her of who sent me and why. She had the most hardened look as she tried her best to get me out of the office as quickly as possible. Zero Stars!! Dana is very rude and does not respond to emails from board members. They are not proactive, they simply take your money every month. They are seat warmers, do not expect any advice on ANYTHING, you are on your own. There are plenty of other good companies out there, all you have to do is look at this companies reviews to know they are horrible. You've been warned!
