My water heater just busted yesterday morning. I message Jake the landlord and let him know. He had Toni with maintenance within the hour! Toni was awesome with my boys while trying to get it fixed! Ive enjoyed renting from them for the last year. Rent was reasonable and anytime I had any issure they were quickly addressed.
Lived there for almost 4 1/2 years. There was constant water leak that never got fixed, had a water main break (on the the landlord side of the meter) that we had to pay a 800 dollar water bill as a result of water bill ran 250 to 300 a month every month because of the water leak. There was no compensation, black mold in the walls due to water problems, never came to do inspection, never sent exterminator. Their were dangerous limbs on trees above the home and driveway.
