I confirmed twice with Brittnay that we were the only applications in/ first application in for a property. I found the property 3 hours after it was listed, 3 hours. We made sure to view it the very next day. We had the deposit on standby just waiting to get approved. We get a text 48+ hours later that the property is unavailable.
