Don't buy or rent any place this HOA runs. They are ridiculous, petty, and extremely inconsistent with what's a violation and what's not. Example...I've had the same back patio furniture for 5 years and the same front patio furniture for 2.5 years and now all of a sudden we're in violation...of something; their notice wasn't even specific enough to know exactly what the problem is.
