BPM came out next day and their technician, Shawn, was excellent. He listened to my concerns and recommended an annual service contract that saved me hundreds of dollars on the maintenance I needed. He asked before completing work that would have incremental cost and transparently recommended against unnecessary items. Great service, would not hesitate to call them again!

Our experience with BPM was great from start to finish. Sam helped us set up a visit to have our HVAC checked and had several options available. She was very straightforward about the fees, and even called us back to offer us a sooner appt that would save us money since it wasn’t on a holiday work day. I’m really happy with BPM! They had the best quote by far, and their team showed up right on time. The install went smoothly, they finished everything on time, and left the place spotless. They even took the time to walk me through how to use the new system and what to do to keep it running great. Would definitely recommend them!
