Thank you! First I want to say that my first encounter with one of the service guys was amazing!! I found out about your company while they were working in the neighborhood. I then was introduced to Mr. Rich, is an Amazing person as well. He kept me hopeful when I had doubt. The gentlemen that came to install my system were Awesome! The financing was crazy easy. From the first call to the installation, a great experience. Everyone was super professional. We had central air and replaced it with a full heat pump. The installers were extremely polite and friendly and they went to extra effort to keep the house clean even though it was a rainy day. They will be our go-to company. Very happy.
Friendly, fast, efficient service. Mike did a great job of explaining our heating/cooling system. We signed up for Preventative maintenance which includes two visits plus an annual plumbers visit. Well worth the cost. Plus 20% of any parts needed for service.
We needed our heating system looked at because it wasn't heating up the house. Thankfully I called BPM and a live person answered the phone right away. Thankfully I did not have to listen to endless recordings. Instead, I spoke with Samantha which was very polite and answered all my questions. She was able to fit us in for the very next day.
