From first contact with the office all the way through to installation of new system the process was made simple and painless. Rich took time to explain everything to me so I could make an educated decision on what system I needed and the installation team was on time, pleasant and professional. We’ve had good experiences with BPM: 2 bathroom renovations and a battery backup sump pump replacement. Had 1 minor issue on a sink drain installed 1 1/2 years ago and BPM made a warranty repair without charge. Quality plumbers - personally and professionally.
