Thank you! First I want to say that my first encounter with one of the service guys was amazing!! I found out about your company while they were working in the neighborhood. I then was introduced to Mr. Rich, is an Amazing person as well. He kept me hopeful when I had doubt. The gentlemen that came to install my system were Awesome! The financing was crazy easy. Helped to fix a condensation issue with our air conditioner. The team was knowledgeable and upfront with pricing which was reasonable! Also added a bathroom exhaust fan!
Fantastic service. Our technician was proficient, spotting the noise problem right away and making repairs. It was apparent that BPM sent us a master of his trade. He also went above and beyond, providing advice on maintenance and airflow that we very much appreciated. Price of repair was reasonable also. I’d recommend BPM to anyone in the mid-Atlantic region.
First time with company for a systems check including troubleshooting a chemical odor. Technician Shawn was super helpful and spent time explaining where the odor may be from after he ruled out the HVAC system as source. He made some good recommendations and I felt he was very knowledgeable and trustworthy. I would recommend this company.
Rich and Mike Y are very impressive at their jobs. They were in and out wasting no time. My HVAC system works great now. Wonderful service and great price. My go-to.
