Awesome work! They keep me well informed of the timeline. Steve did a wonderful job on the install, and took the time at each step to make sure I understood
Our sump pump started tripping the outlet yesterday. I called BPM this morning and they had someone out within two hours and the pump was replaced within an hour. The dispatcher was nice. They didn’t just fix the issues; they explained everything clearly, walked me through what was going on, and even shared helpful tips to prevent problems in the future. What really stood out was how knowledgeable they were and how they made sure I understo... read more
