From the first call to the installation, a great experience. Everyone was super professional. We had central air and replaced it with a full heat pump. The installers were extremely polite and friendly and they went to extra effort to keep the house clean even though it was a rainy day. They will be our go-to company. Very happy.
I can't say enough good about BPM Heating, Cooling & Plumbing. We bought a house, and on the day we moved in there was mold in the mini-splits that another company failed to remediate. We couldn't move in until the mold was remediated. BPM sent out a highly experienced technician the next day who took care of 7 mini-splits (big job). From the first call to the company to the technician they sent, start to finish, exceptional experience.
