Great experience
BPM is an excellent studio! In my opinion they provide some of the best strength training and spin classes in the city. Classes are always fun and interesting--I learned a lot of new strength training moves so even if you go regularly class never gets boring. The coaches are knowledgeable and supportive, and will show you proper form and technique and encourage you to progress at your own pace, but are never pushy and never made me feel like I had to go "harder" just for the sake of it.
