BPM are the best to work with! They made the stress of having a home tented for termites smooth and easy. They went over in great detail the process, came numerous times prior to tenting to help, helped bag all items in our fridge, so on and so forth. We would never use anyone else! They were tremendous and efficient.
Have been a customer of BPM for about 2-3 years now and we're so happy with the service. Nothing beats living in the middle of a lot of trees and nature and not having to worry about pests in your home. I trust them to come when i'm not there and they do a very professional job. I have two kids who were babies when they started and we've never had an issue with the chemicals. Big thanks to Jay, for putting in the extra effor to help us.
After getting a good recommendation for BPM Environmental, I called them for termite inspection. Claudia took my call and she was friendly, professional and she patiently answered all my questions. Next Johnny came for the inspection. He was right on time (8:00 AM). He explained everything before spending two hours working inside, and outside. He was professional, knowledgeable and respectful. He covered his shoes before coming inside! I am super impressed! I will update this post upon completion.
