Slow as hell in lubbock texas on 34th Ralph makes people wait a long time when requested and Kristen Mata is lazy and says she cant stick a donor but her and Ralph are laughing and joking and having a jolly time while they make us wait for 30 minutes it's supposed to take 45mins. To 1 hr but it takes just as long as if I was a new donor 2 hours or more
The weekend staff never open on time, it ridiculous…. No other businesses do this!!
I’ve seen staff walking around and talking. Not doing what they’re supposed to be doing. Donors are on the donating beds wanting to be connected while staff continues to chit chat. All donor beds are empty and only few are being used. Staff members are unprofessional they have restrooms closed do to not wanting to clean up after the shift.
Second day at BPL no nurse is 7:45
