The worst company to work with when trying to get dependent care claims processed. They changed the way the process claims from 2018 to 2019 and never notified claimants. They deny claims for no apparent reason when everything is provided for them and they never respond to email inquiries when you have issues so you have to call and speak to someone who is doesn’t know what they’re doing.

Slow on paying medical claims compared to competitors. Slow on paying FSA reimbursement claims compared to competitors. Slow on paying DCA reimbursement claims compared to competitors. Slow on resolving tech issues that enable customers to submit claims via app compared to anyone else on the planet. Would not use this company if I had a choice.
