Honestly it’s a grocery list of things. BP management owns several of the condos in this area while the rest are private owned. They continue to raise the rates while not maintaining the property (cracked uneven parking areas, trash everywhere, lack of snow removal and salting, lack of lawn and outdoor maintenance in general) then enact new policies that screw private owners while benefiting their personal gain. Joseph, I would like to respond to your complaint since you certainly don't have the facts straight. First let make it clear that BP does not own any condominiums in the Countryside Association. We manage the property and some of the units that are rental from investors. And as for raising the rates, I'm not really sure how you know anything about the assessments being raised when you are not a homeowner just a renter.
