Your staff are heartless, lazy people who treat their patients like kenneled dogs and have no basic human compassion, as far as I could tell. Letting patients sit in their own waste for hours, despite pleas for assistance. Feeding them cold oats from the fridge, no butter, sugar, toast, nothing. The largest display of a lack of humanity I think i've ever witnessed. You people should be legally punished for what little you do.
