We have used Bozeman Deaconess twice now. Once when my young beautiful wife had back surgery and just last week when my lovely daughter had her tonsils removed. Both times we received excellent care from the staff. I also appreciate the volunteer staff!! We are very thankful to have such a great hospital to help us in time of need.

What a joke over three hours to make sure my son wasn't having allergic reactions to new medicine. Better off in Livingston.

I recently had my baby, and went to the women specialist at the hospital. I loved the doctors and the nurses! Only thing I didn't like was there is no glass to enclose the receptionist, so you can hear everything they say about the patients. My experience was one of the ladies made a comment after I checked in saying, "what is she here for?" the other receptionist replied saying, "her baby." then she said, "wow, she's young, she probably doesn't even know who the babies daddy is." Your staff are heartless, lazy people who treat their patients like kenneled dogs and have no basic human compassion, as far as I could tell. Letting patients sit in their own waste for hours, despite pleas for assistance. Feeding them cold oats from the fridge, no butter, sugar, toast, nothing. The largest display of a lack of humanity I think i've ever witnessed. You people should be legally punished for what little you do.
