My wife and I were happy with Riccobene Dentistry. However, my wife was notified late afternoon a day before her next dental appointment that she needed medical clearance to be seen because of a knee replacement surgery that occurred 3 months ago. I personally had a hip replacement surgery 9 months ago and have had 3 dental appointments since then, and all they asked me was to check if I took the Amoxicillin. Prior to moving to NC, I was living in NY, and I had the same dentist for 50 years. I've been in Clayton for 4 years and was very dissatisfied with the dentist that I had been going to. However, I can't say enough good things about this practice. From my first contact with them on the phone till I left their office, everyone was professional, courteous, thorough, and caring. I highly recommend this practice to anyone for your dental needs.
This place is AWESOME! Caring and sensitive to their patients" needs in all phases. From the receptionist to the dental assistant to Dr. Phillips: everyone was just wonderful. I had a filling behind my front, middle, upper tooth that fell out and was dreading the numbing needle that would be necessary in that spot. I've never had a dentist do this before, but Dr. Phillips went back over my numbed gum before he started to make sure I'd have no pain. The dentist office has one of the worst receptionists ever. She will write you an appointment and cancel at her will. Go somewhere else!
1 star as I can only say the girls at front desk are helpful and sweet, most of the staff as well, however my 16 year old had to endure a dental procedure with rock music blasting without being asked, same Dr strolls the hall with his cell phone radio on his pants constantly playing, just strange! Another dentist sent my son ( who complained he felt an infection starting) home with a clean bill of health and stated he needs root canal is all! Dr. White took care of my bonding in a careful and pain free manner. I thought it would take longer but was completely satisfied and appreciative of the way he is always professional and caring with his patients.
Great Staff!! Always greeted with a welcoming smile and upbeat conversation. I have been a patient of Dr White for 20 years and my compliments to the whole staff as a working Team!!
