Drove 110 miles from home to do lease on our new Lincoln Corsair. Logan and Jim were outstanding client advisors (and we wish we remembered the name of the lady who was at the front desk and attended to our needs/wishes. She was awesome!) The store is stunning, the professionalism was far beyond expectations (even for Lincoln....it's not Maybach!) Could not have been more seamless and efficient. Great experience purchasing a new vehicle. The salesman applied absolutely no pressure and was very up front about my purchasing/leasing options, provided pricing for all options and assisted me in choosing one that worked best for me. The brand ambassador explained the various settings and features of the vehicle when we did a test drive, and again with more detail a few days later when I purchased the vehicle. I would highly recommend this dealership and the staff that assisted me.
Simply put, I've never experienced an easier, friendlier or more convenient car buying process than the one Kelly just delivered to me over the weekend! She made me a Bozard customer for life! Having shopped multiple dealerships over a few months, she was a breath of fresh air and I'm so grateful she was the one who answered the phone when I first called. I visited Bozard twice in search of the right car. My salesman was kind, professional and respectful both times. He seemed to genuinely care that I find a car I would really be happy with. I was never rushed on the test drives. Out of all the dealerships I visited, Bozard was the only one that was okay with me taking a car to visit my mechanic.
