My Father bought a car years ago from Bozard. He has since passed away. Every couple of years this dealership sends a text asking how he has been or wishing him a happy birthday. HE'S DEAD. I've told them this and they keep contacting me anyway (I have his phone number). What a heartless act.
Got a used Lincoln there. Compared to other car dealers my experience there was better that the others. Not to say the the "car dealer" vibe wasn't there, but at it didn't feel as bad dealing with them. I rate it to tier for a car dealer buying experience overall and Lincoln wasn't even on my radar at the start of my buying search. Well I had to edit and lower my review. Tara was amazing in helping me close on my deal for a new to me scat pack, they took my trade in for a fair price site unseen. I would highly recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle here, Best dealership i have ever worked with (and this is the 3rd car this year) they prepared everything before my arrival with my information sent over.
