We went to Bozard Ford almost a year ago to the Day and purchased a used F150 with CJ. We got to where we wanted to upgrade and Were financially able to so we contacted CJ and he worked out a deal for us to trade in two vehicles on a brand new explorer. He took care of us even better than the first time, which we didn’t think was possible, and His assistant associate was extremely informative and helpful as well. Not a very good experience with the service department. Took our vehicle in for an issue and that was fixed, on the way home from picking it up we noticed that there was another issue that was not there when we dropped it off, wanted over a 1,000 to fix an issue that they should have found the first time it was there. Communication was not the greatest either.
Tyler was fantastic. Easy to deal with, put up with my husbands "negotiating" tactics. He was very patient with me as he had been working with me for almost 5 months to find the right fit. 💯 recommend.
