Deni the hygienist was wonderful
Office staff are very professional and use the AIDET approach. Gina complements the entire team especially Dr. Van’s practice. She is a jewel to the business as it relates to customer service. Every business should have a Gina! If you want a real, honest, caring and outstanding dentist along with his staff, please contact no other than Dr. Van for your dentistry needs.
I would not recommend this place at all. They are much more money driven than patient care driven! I had a consultation on Thursday of last week and was scheduled to have a tooth extraction on Monday morning. I was treated kindly and told that it would cost $1,082 with "$371 out of pocket" for a bone graft that is not covered by insurance. Between visits, I did my research and discovered that the bone graft is only necessary if I ever want to have an implant.
