Made an appointment and told the receptionists that I might have to cancel. I called 24 hours before the appointment and cancelled. The receptionists told me it was no problem. A week later, Dr. Markman sent me a bill in the mail for $. I asked what the bill was for, and he told me it was because I cancelled. I explained that I called the receptionists in advance, who told me it was fine and that I wouldn't be charged. He refused and insisted to be paid $ or it would be sent to collections.
