To start this off, I have to say that our entire experience was not "one star." I had to give it one star because of a few things that happened during our stay that were far from acceptable and the more I think about what happened the more upset I have gotten. My wife, myself, and our kids ranging from 22 years down to 5 years, arrived and checked in to our cabin at Disciple's Ridge.
