Everything the package claimed was not included we got stuck with one bedroom when we were told two. Staff wasn't helpful when asking for directions. Way too much money for the atmosphere! Along with the tubbing and zip line was closed when the brochure said differently
Good skiing, lots of the employees go out of their way to make you happy and to make sure everything is right! Highly recommend visiting this place in the winter. We will come back in the summer to visit and see how it is.
Awesome place but rude employees. Inconsiderate and grouchy. Besides them the mountain was groomed very nicely and had plenty of runs open! Would come back again for sure
The Boyne resorts have been a mainstay for winter fun for our family for almost 30 years. The staff has always been helpful. We have stayed at the lodge or in a condo on site depending on the size of our group. Our heart goes out to the Highlands staff as they overcome the fire and most recent building loss.
