I 100% Recommend Boyle's – My experience with Boyle's has been top of the charts. Rochelle is thee most wonderful business lady I have ever met. We were given oil and we were in a financial crunch, Rochelle always worked with us. We were very slow on our repayment to this company, who has been nothing but patient and understanding. Receptionist is awful – We have used Boyle's for years with no problem. The servicemen have always been helpful and courteous. However, this last time when our heater wasn't working properly in December, we called for an appointment. We knew the issue could wait, so we booked in advance. I stayed home all day on my one day off and the guy still isn't there 45 minutes after the scheduled visit. I call and she says she'll get back to me, which she promptly does.
