RecommendedI had my first eye exam and was very pleased with this wonderful doctor's office. Doctor and staff took their time and explained EVERYTHING well. Great place to go. Today my 3 year old grandson had torn is cornea( unknown to us at the time) He was taken to urgent care, where they told us they could do nothing for him!!!! I searched online and saw that Dr. Boyle has emergency services and that he also treated kids. Called and left message bcs it was after hours and he got back to us and met us at his office! He knew my grandson was very upset and in pain and he went out of his way to calm him down and get him comfortable so he could treat him. Even giving him time after the treatment to ... read more
Doctor is great, but office and optical are poorly run and I'm never returning! Hire more courteous and knowledgeable staff. Some are fine, but some are very rude. Redheaded receptionist is particularly dismissive. I hate when you pay a lot and act politely and still get treated as a "problem" even though it's the business' mistake! Dr. Boyle is very caring, he takes his time with every patient and still manages to keep everyone on time. He has the equipment for your every need. His staff is by far the BEST of any doctors office.
We had a great experience here! Everyone was welcoming, knowledgeable and very kind. Brenda helped my husband find frames and was extremely patient with our rambunctious toddler. All the staff gave us personalized attention and and took their time making sure our needs were met. Highly recommended.
