Very satisfied with the transaction today purchasing a commuter car. I don’t understand how people can blame the dealership when they bought a used car and a month and a half later it breaks down, lol. Anyway these guys were great to deal with, I’m very pleased with the car and the price. They even helped me out on picking my car up after I had to drive my other one home after the purchase. Great customer service.

My little sister got a great deal on an Acura here. There was a small issue with something and they went out of their way to make it right! WOW, this is a WIN against the typical car lot stereotypes that plague the used auto industry. Good people with used car lots do exist and this place is one of them. Thank you guys
CarFax said the car we inquired about was totaled and they tried to play it off. Just a tip, Manager Boyko, that if a woman asks you a question, answer and look at the woman and not the man. Maybe introduce yourself and offer a seat? Also, have your receptionist stand up and greet us so I can see his face and not just his forehead. Just completely horrible rapport. Never again.
I'm warning all military personal not to shop here. I bought a 4Runner from here, told him my husband was not on the deal over and over, just me. The suv had a lot of mechanical problems to I went to get out of the deal, they had forged my husband signature on the banks deal and on his. MY HUSBAND WAS DEPLOYED. I told Leo he would be giving us a new 4Runner with all we wanted. The new 4Runner was busted up too and it took Leo MONTHS to fix it. Amber, I have tried reaching out to you multiple times. As you know, the first 4runner you guys purchased was a 2wd which you later told me you assumed it was a 4wd. Even though we had no obligation to get you a different vehicle I told you I would assist you in any way I could. So we found the 4wd version for you and it needed some work which you understood. Absolutely the WORST experience I have ever had buying a car! I purchased a BMW M3 six months ago and they still have not produced a title. DO NOT BUY from this company!

Bob Boileau As you know from previous emails that we have exchanged, this was an issue with the credit union that you financed the vehicle with. We did what we could to expedite the re ordering of a new title for you. The new title has since been redelivered to your credit union and they are taking care of the rest. Its unfortunate that it took so long, but there is nobody to blame in this situation. We appreciate your business and I wish it would have gone smoother.
