I wouldn't even give them one star. Our cat, Panda needed to see an eye doctor and I called on a Friday to see if we could get something described to us to get her in the carrier in order to get her to her eye appointment. They told us the Dr. would call us.......no one called us back....Wednesday I called to find out what was going on and was on hold for them to find out what happened and why the Dr. never called us back. I kept getting new people on the phone and had to explain the whole story again to them to only be told... read more
