This was my second time buying a home, first time with Boyes Realty and Realtor Elizabeth Irving. I use to think that realtors were all the same, not anymore! She was always one step ahead of me. Explaining the next move, giving me a very handy advice and to do list of names and numbers for power,cable internet, extra i just went down the list and boom done,to easy. I was representing the Buyer and Tracey represented the Seller. She was always by the phone when a call was needed, and her communication was excellent. When possession day came she made sure the house was in tip top shape for us.
Selling my house was a very difficult time for me. Tracey Howell-Perret was the best agent. She was so friendly and caring. She knew everything that needed to be done and how to do it. She made me feel like I was her only client. After my house sold she was the one who found me a new place-we had so much fun, a lot of laughs. I would totally recommend Tracey to anyone buying or selling property.
