Pretty unhappy with the new phone system I’ve been buying parts from Boyer, now transwest for years and the fact you can’t get some one on the phone at the location you are calling is very inconvenient and frustrating… how is some one in Colorado suppose to help me in Minnesota..: Who ever made this choice made a big mistake and will cost you business

Worst PM service I’ve ever experienced. They initially quoted me $400 for an oil change, but after waiting 7 hours, they suddenly increased the price to $745. Very unprofessional and misleading. Truckers, be careful and stay away from this place.

The service department here has cost me many, many thousands of dollars in repairs that didn’t last. Poor communication as to when to expect your equipment back, and explaining options. Honestly the way they’ve treated me I’m shocked they can still run a successful business.

Just had a driver stop this morning due to needing a airbag on a trailer, he told them what airbag it was and asked if they had one on hand to replace it. They charged us $300 to "diagnose" it even though the driver literally told them what it was and what he needed. When we called and asked why they charged us $300 they said that was shop rate to diagnose. I'm sorry but when someone walks in and shows you the problem and ask if you have a airbag to fix it, that isn't you diagnosing it that's you ripping people off, seems to... read more
