This office sucks. The doctor exam only includes either contacts or eyeglasses- if you want both they make you pay for a separate exam. The office REFUSED to release my prescription so that I could purchase someplace more competitively priced. BIG FAT SCAM OFFICE! Also they told me I had to pay for an eyeglass exam every year even though the law says they are valid for five years unless the doctor has a concern.
