I recently had a disappointing experience leasing a car from Rob, Shawn, and Gary. It felt as though their sole focus was on making a sale rather than addressing my needs as a customer. My experience with Rob and Transwest was absolutely terrible. They could not sell a Ford Bronco, so they pushed me into leasing it instead. During the leasing process, I was told at least six times that I could trade it in at any time or buy another vehicle. That promise is the only reason I agreed to the lease.
