Came in for a schedule the oil change and it took 2+ hours. They decided to go to lunch then have a meeting. What's the point of having a appointment. Oil changes only take 30-60 min came in at 1pm it is not 3:20 and im still waiting. I will never come bk here again. Very unprofessional
I came here for an oil change through my extended warranty maintenance package. Driving from Vancouver BC to New York. These guys were able to fit me in last minute first thing in the morning, not only did they take care of the oil change, but they did a tire rotation and a full clean of my windshield and the hood of the truck from all the bugs, the night before. Service Advisor Shawn, and his manager, helped me get a refund for a recalled part/ replacement in my Ford Focus. They researched the process, spoke with headquarters, and stuck with me through some unexpected roadblocks until I received the check.
