Boyd's is a great florist! As a former DE resident, I used them. Now, as a southwest FL resident, I continue to use them. Doesn't matter if I'm sending flowers to DE or my folks in the midwest...I consistently get high praise for the high quality of the flowers and the longevity of the arrangement. And their customer service is just top rate. I will continue to use Boyd's for all of my floral delivery needs!
I gave them an address in Newport De. Zip code 19804. They delivered the fruit and flowers to a similar address in Wilmington, de. Zip code. 19801. The person never got the gifts on time for the funeral. I even told the people at Boyds that the address was in Newport,de. Very disappointed in their service and follow-up. They showed no regrets or compassion.
