More than once they have bailed me out same day. Obviously I try to avoid putting them in that situation but alas, they have saved me when I was desperate. They always offer a fair price and honest repairs. I highly recommend and cant thank them enough.

I made an appointment the day before and was told the visit would take about 45 to 75 minutes. When I arrived, instead of being welcomed professionally, I was rudely told they were running behind schedule. I understand that delays can happen, but a simple phone call before my appointment to let me know they couldn't honor the scheduled time would have shown respect for my time and allowed me to adjust my plans. Better communication and customer service would make a big difference.

My 13 focus was pouring coolant. I took it to Boyds back in Feb & they replaced the reservoir the same day for a fair price. My little red focus is still running strong. Excellent shop. Thanks to Boyd's.

Tim and his team are be best! They took me on short notice and immediately diagnosed the problem. While others were charging me over $75.00 just to diagnosed the problem, Boyds was a lot cheaper and fairly priced. I will never go to another car repair other than them.
