I am telling the true of everybody who is thinking to move or rent this building or apartment please don’t waste your money it’s very bad management and too much bed pite and roaches specially the proberty manager the old lady in the office she very rude and she didn’t know to manage this kind of proberty at all unfortunately I don’t know how the owners let this unprofessional lady manage their proberty very sad
What a dirty place. My wife used to live at Rainier and Kenyon, and there were cockroaches, an uncontrollable thermostat and crime everywhere. The stairs smelled like urine, gang members lined the parking lot, and junk cars were all over the parking lot. Heng sucked. All he did was work on his car in the parking lot while conditions at the place he was supposed to manage got worse.
Toxic slum of Seattle that doesn't care to update by replacing rot with new. This has caused roach infestation and building code violations with black mold flourishing especially for the price u pay for rent every month. DO NOT RENT being homeless is better air quality! Needs to be torn down And rebuilt.
They own several properties along Rainier Ave S, and all are poorly managed. They are slum lords. Bed bugs, roaches, mice, crime. They do nothing to improve the quality of life of residents.
