I have been living in my brand new home for less than 2 weeks and I had a leak yesterday while on a Skype call for work. While my mother loved her final days and was so proud and happy to have her own place. My mother unfortunately passed 6 days after she moved into her apartment. She paid a deposit plus 1st months rent. They consider her passing as a lease break and are keeping all the deposit money which is $1500. No sympathy, Complete and total disregard for the suffering families. Heartless.
By getting experience contractors to repair our homes. We pay a lot of money for our homes and then you all are using painters that appears to be inexperienced, lazy, using less paint as possible and he comes with two young boys to do touch up painting and small repairs to our homes. The contractor is telling them how to do things. I feel like I pay too much money for a contractor to bring in his sons to teach them how to paint my house.
Credit checks without permission is tough to deal with. I hope Kimberly Stroup can fix this.
You all have no compassion for you rental property residents! There is a U. S. Soldier who is in serious need of assistance. Your leasing office at the property made agreements with the soldier to help them out but went back on their word. How is that soldiers are always getting treated this way? Your company has become part of this problem. I'm sure you will delete my post.
