Collum saved my bacon. He found a walled in part of the crawlspace on the 1.3mm house that I was looking at that had what looked like a large footer (approx 3'widex4'deepx30' long than was not visible without doing a full inspection of both of the crawlspaces. Due to the "footer hole" there was water, untreated lumber installed in several places for inadequate structural support, termites and mold. The house was barely two years old. Mr Boyd did a fantastic job for us. His inspection was very thorough and professional and he got the report back to us the same day. Best home inspector I have ever done business with. Great guy too!
Great home inspector. But DO NOT use the companies Boyd Home Inspection Company refers for repairs. They are his friends and do horrible work. Bad people that make their money by taking advantage of good honest people. We are very real people and customers that deserve the right to privacy. It seems this business can't accept the work of his referrals. The response shows all you should know about the accountability of these people.
