Insurance wasn’t going to pay for a crown but they (dentist office)didn’t tell us about it until after we got the bill. I called the insurance to find out when the dentist office knew; dentist office knew well before we came in to get it.
I am a person who tries to be on time all the time . I try to respect other people's time. I expect the same in return. If we have an appointment, be as close to on time as possible. I have never gone back on time there. I am busy, I have other things to besides the dentist.
