I've been in to see Dr. Boyd twice now without an appointment (emergency), and couldn't have been treated better. Twice now I've had pretty bad corneal abrasions and he worked me in each time, fixed the issue and prescribed some much needed medicine. He is the nicest man I have ever met and takes his time to explain what's going on and what future steps to take. I was referred to this place by a family member, but they took too long to call back after I filled out their information online. That normally wouldn't be too big of a deal, just seemed slow to call back almost 48 hrs later... but when they did finally call back, I missed the call because I was working. I called back about 10 minutes later and a lady called Serena (I believe) seemed a bit occupied and annoyed. I've been sitting here for an hour and 15 minutes and have yet to be called back while people who came in 40 minutes after me have come and gone. No explanation, no apology, insurance is fine - I've been coming here for years. Very poor service today. May be my last visit ever, would have left if I wasn't having worrisome issues and it wasn't the end of year.

When I started going there 2 years ago, the staff was friendly, and Dr. Doan, kind of cold and didn't explain anything, but I didn't care about that, you don't deal with the doctor much. Now they have had a change in staff and they are very rude. Since, when dealing with eye care, you deal with staff more than doctor, I won't go back. Life is too short, and there are plenty of eye care places out there! I want also add, their warranty is pointless, had to pay extra each time I had to get my glasses fix.
