My husband was a victim to someone throwing debris on the interstate in his Freightliner truck which broke his skylight glass. Our insurance deductible was too expensive to cover this so we order the parts thinking he could fix it. Mistake, Boyd County Glass saved our day by installing this for us. Thank you to the 2 workers who went above and beyond!

My daughter called and Scheduled for 10:30am to replace a plate glass window. 11am called. They couldn’t find the order and the lady who took it wasn’t there. He would call her and call us back. 11:36am still no phone call so I called back she still wasn’t there and asked me to give him 30 min till she got there and they would call me back. 1:10 pm still nothing! Called them back and the lady who took the order almost immediately got an attitude. Stated “ Do you want to have someone else do it?” I said yes! A phone call back... read more

Called for a quote on Friday, the quote was great & so got it scheduled for Monday 11-25-2019 at 10:30. 10:30 came & went, called THREE times, once at 10:45 to make sure they were coming, was told that they couldn’t find the ticket & the lady who made the appointment wasn’t in but we’d get a call back in a half (didn’t take number, assumed that they had caller ID or would find it with the last name), called back after ANOTHER hour of waiting, she still wasn’t in. Jerry, It has been over 6 months since you installed the new storefront on my building and you still have not finished it. You keep telling me that you are going to stop by and fix it and you never call me back. I paid you $8,000.00 and you keep putting me off knowing that we cannot even open the door without it hitting the glass is just crazy. Please contact me and finish it so we can use it without any issues.

they said they would come and repair some work on their installation of a window and it has been several phone calls and almost a year with nothing happening
