The gentlemen at Boyd are very pleasant, friendly and helpful. They communicated well with me and didn't try to upsell anything. They took my car right in and made the process very simple. My husband started going there before me and recommended that I go with my vehicle as well. It was a great recommendation. We will both continue going there with our vehicles.
Where do I start. When they sent a wrecker to get my truck it was nothing wrong with my truck but when I got it back it had a big dent on drivers side back door and they refuse to do anything about it. They said they are not responsible. So if you take your car or truck up there you better make sure that you go get manger and go over the shape it's in and take pictures because they are not responsible for it. Probably want be back.
My experience at Boyd Ford service center was outstanding. I purchased my vehicle there and have chosen to have it serviced there primarily because of their great service department. I have yet to have a bad experience there in the several years I’ve been taking my car there. To me, a great service department trumps everything else a dealership has to offer and Boyd Ford service in Oxford NC has a great suservice department. Keep up the good work!
