I never received an email from the dealership after I contacted them about purchasing a new vehicle. Also the sales manager I spoke with on the phone implied that other dealerships in the Crossroads group were not being honest with the vehicles that they have advertised, or that they they were used offering used loaners and not new cars, or that I was lying about the offers that I have received. It's one thing to not be able to compete with other dealers, but its another thing to be dishonest and make accusations like that. ... read more
