I just bought my second used car from Boyd. Like many legitimate businesses, the owners of Boyd are playing the long game. Treat customers well and hopefully make a profit after deducting business costs. When shopping at Boyd's treat the employees with respect (they are trying to make a living too,) and you'll be fine. If you are entitled, then shop across the street. In my opinion, the cost of selling cars in Granville is lower than Wake County which is reflected in Boyd's price.
