I normally don’t leave reviews, but I had such a positive experience so i had to! Everyone was very nice throughout the process and made sure to carry me along with what they were doing. Also very fast service.
The team did a wonderful job with repairs. In addition, they accommodated a request/favour for me! Jasmine and the office manager were awesome. Truly appreciate it all!!
Came in at the last minute as my rear view mirror came off my windshield. Karen the General Manager took great care of me and would recommend 10 out of 10. Professional, courteous and very friendly. Edgar the tech person took great care of my car. Thanks everyone! I’ll be back
Shout out to Steve (& staff) today. I walked in wo an appt. He helped me right away. I had a windshield chip. And a scrap on my door. He gave me advice on how I could proceed wo filing a claim for the door (I’m trying to restore my merits). They fixed the chip lickity-split. Best part? No charge!!! You made my day! Highly recommend!
I used the King Edward location to get some repairs done after an accident. They were amazing!! The estimate was down quickly and the person took the time to make me feel comfortable and answered all my questions. The drop off was quick and easy and the vehicle repair was done perfectly and on time. They truly went above and beyond to get my vehicle back. Everyone I dealt with at this location was so kind and helpful. Absolutely recommend this location for your car repair needs!
