I visited Boyd Autobody in Southdale Winnipeg on Thursday, September 17/25. (20 Lakewood Blvd.) I was greeted in a very friendly manner. The Assistant Mgr was contacted by the Front receptionist and came out to speak to me about my vehicle concern shortly thereafter. He went outside and examined my vehicle. Very bad representatives they’ve and they cannot fix a car but will claim they can.
My daughter's tantrum broke the clamp on a passenger side rear quarter window. The lady behind the desk heard my concern and an adjuster took time to look and evaluate. Service bay kindly applied a few drops of adhesive as the best fix in my situation. Thank you so much!
Gave me my vehicle back with headlights not aimed, washer hose disconnected and engine bay filthy covered in bondo dust. Brought it back for some parts that were backordered left it with them for 4 days was then informed that they were still missing parts and couldn't finish the repair again. I lost use of my vehicle for no reason other than for it to just sit there. Don't bring your vehicle here- i will never use boyd at all after this experience
