I am very disappointed with the quality of repairs and overall service. The workmanship appears rushed and below professional standards, with poor attention to detail and concerns about the quality of parts and materials used. Communication was also poor, as the technician seemed unwilling to discuss the repairs, answer questions, or explain the work that had been performed. Customer service was poor, communication was minimal, and concerns were brushed aside instead of being addressed professionally. When you’re paying for a service, you expect honesty, quality, and respect for your time—none of which were demonstrated here. If you value your time and money, look elsewhere. There are plenty of businesses that take pride in their work; unfortunately, this is not one of them.
