An absolute disgrace. Avoid this shop at all costs. The employee named dilon was shockingly rude, completely unprofessional, and has no business dealing with customers. He clearly lacks even the most basic understanding of customer service and should be retrained before being allowed near the public.
They installed an aftermarket parts to our car which is ok, but the problem is that the part they installed is obviously doesn’t properly fit to our car. They told us that they will replace it again and they will let us know if they have the parts, after 6months of waiting, we followed up with them but they never called us back. We decided to just trade our car but promised toniurselves that we will never go to boyd henderson again.
Stole a knife out of my car. Couldn’t explain how it ended up in the technicians possession.
I am so happy with the service my car looks better than before the accident even, friendly and very quality workmanship!
Avoid at all costs if you can!!! There is an employee by the name of AJ i think, he was absolutely discriminating, disrespectful, condescending and very hard to deal with. The vehicle was not repaired properly, but i have decided not to return to the shop to ask for a replacement of a body part that was not installed properly just because of this specific employee.
