I had a small leak around my windshield and stopped by this auto glass shop for some advice. The manager was polite & professional that made me feel welcome. I work in manufacturing industries for heavy machinery, so I'm comfortable with tools and mechanical work. I ended up doing the repair myself, but the manager generously let me use his own tools and walked me through the proper way to fix the leak. Excellent and highly professional service! I came in with a chip and two tricky micro-cracks near the bottom black border of the windshield on my Lexus. The team was very upfront about the technical risks, but they decided to take on the challenge. Huge thanks to the manager, Cherryl, for the seamless process and great communication, and to the master, Miguel, for his top-tier skill. He did an amazing job: the repair turned out great, saving the factory glass and saving me time. Highly recommend!
