I told them both on the phone and when I dropped my truck off that I wanted my tonneau cover back. When I picked it up they said is was 'gone - thrown in the trash'. Nobody throws something worth 500 dollars away - there are dozens of hail damaged ones for sale on marketplace atm, and mine is likely there too. And - my gas tank was completely emptied. They changed a front bumper of my 2016 Mercedes c300 in mpi claim, and they install a damaged bumper with scratches under the paint and bumper edge was damaged by pick tool even the bumper was not aligned properly as it should bumper locks was out and the clips was out they are not properly fixed in fender liner i showed to them then they said yeah we will fix it just give us 15 mins and I waited there for an hour.
