This shop is definitely one of the good ones. I have gone here twice, most recently for a bad accident to my car. Notably, these guys will over extend themselves for their customers. They help reduce costs, explain things to you, give you updates, etc. The staff at this shop are kind, compassionate, and they work hard to give you the car you want! Thank you guys for giving me back my genesis coupe <3

My vehicle was hit and got repaired at Boyd on Nairn. They are good on everything out of my expectation. From quick response to my email inquiries, patient explanation, notify repair progress on the phone, got it fixed in time ……
Needed my rear window replaced they were quick to get it done and did a good job only complaint was there was a miscommunication about a rental car was told that I’d have one for the day and got there in the morning and there wasn’t one but they brought me to work and picked me up to pick my truck back up so I’m more then happy with that
