I received terrible customer service from this location, they are so unprofessional!! Was originally promised that my bumper repair would be done the next 3 business day properly but when we pickup they lie to us we dont do anythink under the bumber now we still have damage and they told u dont chek you car before they pay.
Boyd is truly a company of their word! They promised my car would be repaired in two days, and they delivered exactly on time. Fantastic experience at Boyd Autobody and Glass,McPhillips location, today. I had an indentation on my driver's side door frame, restricting the door sensor to indicate when door is closed . I had the opportunity of interacting with the store General Manager, Adam Beazley. He was highly referred from one of the other smaller store locations. Adam and the team onsite were awesome.
