WAS TO BE first time customer for an MPI claim so I booked a future appointment for Thursday April 16, 2026 ON Tuesday April 7th. Vehicle was checked by their service dept., appeared to be on track to eventually having my vehicle repaired. Was advised on that day of my appointment today and that "they shouldn't have a problem getting my lower bumper for a 2025 Pathfinder, as they were pretty good." Woke up in the morning and noticed my car window on passenger side was smashed and they went through my glove department had the worst morning made a claim through mpi and they asked me who I prefer to fix my glass and I said Boyd auto body and I called them right away and they said bring it down and when I get there they said well good news we can get it fixed today , I was very happy and I apperciate everything. Awesome people who work there :) definitely will come back if ever needed
