Went to Boyd to get my windshield fixed, came out of it with a scratched bumper due to some incompetent handling of my car and they could only be bothered to inconvenience me by coming in weeks later for a fix. No compensation or going out of their way to make up for my time and money. Bare minimum service. Dont bother going in just to come out with more damage. At this point, I did more for them then they did for me by not claiming the damage through MPI and putting it on the driver's record.
I have had great experiences at Boyd on Watson. They keep me informed throughout, are super helpful with all my questions and are very professional yet friendly!
I will never use Boyd again. When I brought my car in to be assessed I was told I had a couple of options for my side mirror replacement, that they’d either try to find one or go aftermarket. If it was going to be aftermarket it could be upwards of a 4 week wait time which I was fine with, my adjuster said that he would call me later that day or the next. WAS TO BE first time customer for an MPI claim so I booked a future appointment for Thursday April 16, 2026 ON Tuesday April 7th. Vehicle was checked by their service dept., appeared to be on track to eventually having my vehicle repaired. Was advised on that day of my appointment today and that "they shouldn't have a problem getting my lower bumper for a 2025 Pathfinder, as they were pretty good."
