I am beyond happy wirh this Boyd location .on 160 Watson St. , Winnipeg, MB. Courtney, Colin Hodgson & Staff are simply AWESOME! Very straightforward , friendly and accessible. They all exceeded my expectations . My car was very neat and clean snd looked like brand new again whem I got it back, Three days earlier than was promised. It is not an exaggeration to say that this was the best customer service experience I’ve ever had. Adam and his staff are wonderful. Received the best service I have ever experienced. Car was ready when promised, every step of the way was explained. Highly recomend for all your vehicle concerns dealing with vandalizm and autobody repairs.
Horrible service. Took my vehicle there for assessment, brought it back to me with an additional error, headlamp error. Told them it wasn't there before, guy told me it was all wrecked. IT WAS NOT THERE WHEN I DROPPED IT OFF! Anyways, came back monday said job would be around 20 hours so it would be by friday it will be done. Come friday, no calls whatsoever.
