I went there for MPI Claim on my car.It got fixed within time and properly.It was great experience.I’m really impressed by the customer service from lady on reception.
This is the worse body shop possibly in the entire planet. Manager hides in a corner office. Nobody to talk too! My vehicle was at this shop for 27 days and they give me a vehicle half built and still broken. If you can avoid them do so!! I opened my trunk and this what I get!!
I lost a couple of clips on my front wheel mudguard and as a results there was an annoying flapping noise. I drove to a few different car repair shops and nobody had right clips or no one was available to take a look at my vehicle. I called Boyd Autobody and I was told even though every single mechanic is busy somebody would still take a look. A nice lady Mani from reception checked on my vehicle and she told me that they had the right clips. Mani brought the clips and installed them herself. That’s what I call a great custo... read more
