Be careful bringing your vehicle here. I brought my car in for a body repair after a collision and left thinking everything was ok. I asked if there was anything else about my vehicle I should be aware of and the shop said everything was fine. I got a call a few days later from MPI. Body Dudley filed all the MPI paperwork for a collision repair and a rust damage report with photos AFTER the repairs from the collision had already been completed. Excellent service from everyone in the office and excellent work
I was told it would take 3-4 days to repair my car. I told them I would pick it up in a week just in case there are extra issues that come up (even though they had already completed a 2-hour assessment previously and had already ordered in the parts needed). I call the morning I am due to pick it up and they tell me that it's not ready, they need extra parts that they JUST ordered.
